Stop Letting Anxiety, Worry, and Fear Control Your Mind
Do you ever feel trapped in a cycle of overthinking?
One worry becomes ten. One unanswered question becomes a mental spiral. You replay conversations, imagine worst-case scenarios, and search for certainty that never seems to come.
You’re not alone.
Take Captive Your Thoughts is a practical, Scripture-focused guide designed to help Christians respond differently when anxiety, fear, worry, and overthinking take over.

Inside, you’ll learn a simple 8-step process to:
- Identify the thoughts driving anxiety and fear
- Interrupt mental spirals before they take over
- Replace anxious thinking with biblical truth
- Build habits that strengthen peace and resilience
- Respond differently in real-life situations
This isn’t another book that simply explains anxiety.
It’s a practical framework for what to do when the thoughts actually show up.
Why I Wrote This Book
This book grew out of my own struggle with anxiety, fear, overthinking, and questions of identity rooted in rejection and abandonment.
For a long time, I allowed my feelings, other people’s opinions, and my circumstances to have more authority than God’s truth.
The real change began when I started returning to what Scripture said about who I was and choosing to respond differently when anxious thoughts appeared.
The thoughts didn’t disappear overnight.
But over time, they lost their authority.
The process I share in this book was born out of that journey, and my prayer is that it helps you experience greater peace, freedom, and confidence in God’s faithfulness.
